1. Who is responsible

2. What is personal information?
Under Law No. 09-08, personal data is any information, of any kind and on any medium, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — for example your name, first name, email address or phone number, but also sensitive data such as health information.
3. What we collect
- Identity: last name, first name, date of birth.
- Contact: email address, phone number.
- Health data: analysis results, charts, medical history, health goals, and the documents you add.
- Interactions with the platform: login history and actions performed in the app.
- On this website: when you request an invite, your email address and the language of the page.
We collect this information directly from you: when you create an account, send a form, or use the platform’s features (for example, uploading an analysis).
4. Sensitive data
Under Article 1 of Law No. 09-08, health data is sensitive data, which may only be processed with your explicit prior consent, except where the law provides otherwise. We collect data such as medical results, health history, and data related to your health goals or habits.
This information is used to provide personalised services, such as evolution charts and alerts on critical values. It is secured and shared only with the people or services you authorise.
5. How we use your information
- To provide our services: consulting your results and generating charts.
- To personalise your experience: adapting charts, analyses and suggestions to your needs.
- To improve the platform: analysing usage trends to optimise our features.
- To communicate with you: sending notifications about your data or important updates.
- To keep the platform secure: preventing and detecting fraud or unauthorised access.
6. Purposes of processing
Personal data, including health data, is collected and processed by the SEHTEK platform exclusively for the following purposes:
- collecting, recording and keeping patients’ medical data;
- analysing health data for medical follow-up and decision support;
- improving the quality of the health services offered;
- giving patients access to a secure medical history;
- communication between patients and authorised health professionals.
No health data is used for commercial or advertising purposes.
This processing has been the subject of a prior authorisation request to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel) under number A-S-173/2026.
8. Data security
The SEHTEK platform has put protective measures in place to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal data. Access is restricted to authorised people who need to know it and who have been trained in confidentiality rules. We make sure your personal data is not altered or damaged, and that unauthorised third parties cannot access it.
Documents are stored on our own servers, hosted in Morocco and operated in-house — never on international servers or foreign cloud providers. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, scanned for malware when uploaded, and location metadata is removed from photos automatically.
9. Automatic document reading
Document reading is done automatically by software running on our own infrastructure in Morocco. Your documents are not sent to outside services abroad for this, and they are never used for any other purpose. Extracted details can contain mistakes: always check them against the original document. SEHTEK does not diagnose or give medical advice.
10. Confidentiality of private areas
Access to private areas is secured, which guarantees the confidentiality of the information you share to carry out certain actions online.
11. Your rights: access, rectification and objection
Under Law No. 09-08, enacted by Dahir 1-09-15 of 18 February 2009, you have the right to access and correct the information that concerns you. You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your data.

13. Changes to this policy
